ILIZWE PLANNERS

ILIZWE PLANNERS is a firm that
emerged from Nzelenzele, Preston & Medcalf Inc. in August 2008 and
is strategically structured as a combined Town & Regional Planning,
Development Planning, Land Reform and Geographic Information Systems
(GIS) Consulting practice. The firm has recently undergone a name
change from NPM Planning to our new name Ilizwe Town and Regional
Planners (ITRP). We work in
close association with NPM Geomatics / Nzelenzele, Preston & Medcalf
Inc (Land Surveyors). The company comprises of directors and staff
that were previously employed in Nzelenzele, Preston & Medcalf Inc
as well as new staff that have joined the firm. These staff members
have extensive experience in Town & Regional Planning.
The operational
structure of ILIZWE PLANNERS provides clients with a one-stop turn
key solution for all their land development and planning
requirements. Our schedule of clients is extensive and includes
organisations (both large and small) in the private and public
sector as well as parastatals and
development agencies. We have a solid operational structure
comprising of Directors and Management with experience in Town
Planning, Land Use Management, Spatial & Settlement
Planning and Land Surveying. The company comprises a staff component
of 7 located in our East London office.
