Roy Nicholson (Assistant Town Planner)

Roy joined ILIZWE
PLANNERS in August 2008 as a CAD Operator. He has 9
years experience in Town Planning, assisting in
applications made in terms of Land Use Planning
Ordinance 15
of 1985 (LUPO), Land Use Regulation Act 15 of 1987
(LURA) and Development Facilitation Act (DFA).
He recently obtained
his Bachelor of Arts Degree with specialization in
Development Studies from the University of South Africa
(UNISA) and is currently studying towards a B. Honours
in Spatial Planning at the University of Orange Free
State and thereafter a Masters in Urban & Regional
Planning.

Eddie Human (GIS/CAD) |

Eddie has over 10 years of continuous work experience
with GIS & CAD. He started working for Nzelenzela,
Preston and Medcalf in September 2004 and then joined
ILIZWE PLANNERSS in August 2008. He is very skilled and
experienced in using Planet GIS and he is the custodina
of all GIS data and does the collection and
interpretation of data.
He has worked with
ArcGIS, MapInfo Professional and Quantum GIS and is also
proficient in CAD (AllyCAD and Civil Designer), has
AudtoCAD and Microstation expreriance and had completed
many layouts and diagrams for projects, Eddie has
successfully completed numerous assignments for both the
private and public sectors. |

Bavuyise Magabiyane (Candidate Town Planner)
|

Bavuyise obtained his
National Diploma in Town & Regional Planning in November
2015 at the Durban University of Technology. He served
one year training with Ilizwe Town & Regional Planners
in 2014 as a Student Planner.
Bavuyise is registered
as a Candidate Planner [C/7952/2016] with the South
African Council for Planners (SACPLAN).
Bavuyise is
responsible for Town & Regional Planning operations and
has a total of 2 years experience in Town & Regional
Planning services.
Bavuyise is currently
studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in Town & Regional
Planning at the University of Johannesburg.

Lithakazi Lutho Kobese (Candidate Town Planner)
|

Lithakazi obtained her
National Diploma in Town & Regional Planning in November
2014 at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. She
served one year training with Chris Hani District
Municipality in 2013 as a Student Planner.
Lithakazi is
registered as a Candidate Planner [C/8262/2016] with the
South African Council for Planners (SACPLAN).
Lithakazi is
responsible for Town & Regional Planning operations and
she has a total of 2 years experience in Town & Regional
Planning services.
Lithakazi is currently
studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in Town & Regional
Planning at the University of Johannesburg.

Zikhona obtained her
National Diploma in Consumer Sciece: Food and Nutrition
in 2010 at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
She spent 1 year in
food production and thereafter ventured into admin and
customer service.
She is responsible for
administrative duties and has a total of 7 years
experience in administrative duties and customer
services.
